    Description

    Found on beach near Key West 50 years ago. Did not want to clean, appears to have a tar like substance coating. Not rust nor pitting.
    May be mint striking errors: it’s not perfectly round, the lettering is off center, ridges on face are irregular. Small raised dot below the small s after Z.  Slightly to right of 1981 is symbol, possibly an 0.
